Swivel or Pivot Wheel Sortation
An Axiom supplied Swivel Wheel Sorter (SWS) or Pivot Wheel Sorter can be installed as a discrete unit within a material handling system where a divert is required or as multiple units for a complete sortation system. The SWS can divert a wide range of packages from single books or media products through to larger boxes.
Each row of wheels is individually controlled for accuracy and speed of operation. Moulded on tyres ensure positive drive being transferred to the product.
Supplied as part of a system, Axiom software specialists will integrate the sortation with feedback reports to your WMS system via a bespoke WCS system.

- Rows independently controlled for responsive diversion regardless of package length.
- Capable of handling wide range of products from books, through to boxes and wrapped trays.
